"Very clean, very close to station, beds were comfortable. Clean towels, tvs in all rooms and aircons which helped. Place feels newly decorated. Easy access into flat and easy access to main attractions around Paris."

"Our last night there were renovations happening upstairs and they only cleared out around 12am in the night but we could hear their footsteps on the ceiling which affected our sleep- hopefully this won’t affect others but only really bothered us on the last night. Kitchen could use more equipment- e.g chopping board, drying rack for washing dishes, Also toilet roll holders on the bathrooms would help rather than having the toilet paper on the floor."

"The location is great if you travel by train, it's a 2 minute walk from Gare du Nord. The appartment is very close to a several grocery stores and a bakery. The appartement does have everything you need."

"We absolutely loved this apartment, it was perfect for our family of 6, 4 kids under 12. The decor was gorgeous, really cost, it felt like a few wall art and ornaments were needed just to make it that little bit cosier and homely feeling, but that's just a very minor detail. Beds were slightly firm but not too firm where you wake up with achy bodies. Our flight from the UK was delayed which made our arrival to the apartment late, the staff were super helpful on the phone with checking in. The hot water system was set too low and it meant that the shower went cold after 2 showers which didn't help us as we all needed a shower in the morning."

"I first saw this apartment on Air bnb but decided to book through booking.com as it was a bit cheaper, however it wasn't clear through booking.com before confirming the booking that a €1500 deposit was required..... This was disappointing as we didn't have these funds readily available and until this was paid we were unable to get the checking in details......so we were sat outside for some time trying to get this sorted out as our uk bank was not allowing us to finally pay the deposit...it was quite stressful and frustrating. This is my only negative comment, had I of known that a deposit was required through booking.com, I would have paid that little bit extra to book the apartment through air bnb, but this has no effect on the apartment or host."

"The property had everything we needed and there was very minimal noise from neighbours meaning we could easily get to sleep. The beds were comfy, beautiful large windows, and lots of hot water (enough for 4 long showers before needing to wait for a short while), and very close to Gar de Nord station. Great little restaurant on the opposite corner and an amazing patisserie at the end of the road- breakfast was very easy and delicious!"

"There was noise from the traffic below in the mornings which was heard mostly from the bedroom closet to the living room. Saying this, I am a very light sleeper and it didn’t wake me up in the night (unless it was a siren) and the rest of my party were not bothered by the noise. So don’t expect silence, but don’t expect it to bother you."
